Common reasons to rent

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while.

Why this works

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. If the car you want is taken, we suggest the closest match we have. You see the price before you pay, and a person confirms every booking.

The rules, briefly

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.

Request, offer, keys

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.
