Towing in Pendleton, VA

Towing for Pendleton

Towing in Pendleton: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

Our part and the shop's part

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car.

Small things that help

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.

A short checklist

Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
