Car Subscription in Pendleton, VA

Your car in Pendleton

This page is for Pendleton, but CarmaCars rents from Toronto. Here is the plain answer. The key point: No subscription contract: rent month to month instead. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement, and you can stop at the end of any booking. A person at CarmaCars reads each request and replies with an offer.

Before you plan

CarmaCars works from Toronto. There is no CarmaCars branch in Pendleton. With Pendleton about 641 km from Toronto, it is outside the 80 km we cover.

Visiting Toronto from Pendleton? We can have a car ready when you arrive. Because Pendleton is outside Ontario, the trip needs our written consent first. Send a request with what you need in Pendleton, and we reply plainly, even when the answer is no. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.

Who rents from us

People with family in town who need a second car for a while. Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then.

Why this way of renting

Renting month to month means no long commitment and no buyout at the end. Each new agreement keeps the same simple terms as the first. Every booking has a signed agreement in your account. You can rent again later with the same account and details.

Pendleton at a glance

The pages for Mineral, Cuckoo and Threemile Corner cover the areas next door.

Gordonsville Municipal Airport (GVE) is the closest airport, about 30 km from Pendleton.

What we check

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

How booking works

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

Next step

Ready? Request the car. If you change your mind before approving the offer, nothing is charged.
