Towing in Ruby, LA

Towing for Ruby

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 1,802 km from Ruby, and does not do this work itself. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

What to send us

Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.

Small things that help

Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.
