Towing in Shelltown, MD

Towing: how we help

If you need a tow in Shelltown: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

From request to repair

The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Between shop visits

Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.

A short checklist

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
