Getting a quote

Tell us if a claim is involved, so we know who approves the work. Include the colour and any options that affect the work. There is no one price: we quote your car after seeing the details. Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time.

Getting the car ready

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.

Timing

Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price.

Looking after it afterwards

A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.

Why prices differ

Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. We price the job before we start, never after.

About distance

CarmaCars works from Toronto. There is no CarmaCars branch in Progress. We do not deliver as far as Progress, about 409 km from our location in Toronto.

Driving to Toronto anyway? Send a request and we can plan the work around your visit. The work happens around Toronto, so the car has to come to us. If you still want to ask about Progress, send a request; we would rather say no than overpromise. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
