Auto Loans in Appleton

Before you buy in Appleton

CarmaCars is a rental company. We do not sell, finance or lease cars, but we can help you try one before you do. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Why rent first

Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide. If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class.

Before you sign

Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired.

Between cars

There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned.

Renting from Toronto

CarmaCars has a single location, in Toronto. Appleton is outside the area we serve. Measured in a straight line, Appleton is about 310 km from central Toronto; we deliver within about 80 km.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. For anything about Appleton, a request reaches a person who answers honestly. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.
