Buying a car in Roberta

CarmaCars does not sell cars or arrange loans; we rent cars, which helps when you are deciding. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Try it for a week first

Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve.

Buying smart in Ontario

Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN.

Bridging the gap

Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal. A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars.
