Car Financing in Roberta, NS

Buying a car in Roberta

We are a rental company, not a dealer or a lender, and this page explains how renting can help a buyer. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Why rent first

A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence.

Before you sign

Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes.

While you shop

A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere. You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives.
