Auto Loans: what CarmaCars does

Shopping for a car in Walnut Flat? CarmaCars is not a dealer, a lender or a leasing company. We rent cars. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Rent it before you buy it

If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits. If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class.

Checks worth doing

Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car.

A car meanwhile

A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it. Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one.

About distance

Shopping in Walnut Flat? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. If you still want to ask about Walnut Flat, send a request; we would rather say no than overpromise. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
