Car Leasing in Central Berkeley, Berkeley

Shopping for a car in Central Berkeley

If you are looking for a lease, the honest answer first: CarmaCars does not offer it, but a rental can help along the way. We do not lease cars. A monthly rental has no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days, and you can stop at the end of any of them. A lease takeover or a new lease takes time to arrange; a monthly rental can cover that time.

Why rent first

Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence.

What to check before you buy

Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car.

A car meanwhile

A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date.

Our reach

CarmaCars is not in Central Berkeley. Our one location is in Toronto. Our delivery area ends about 80 km from Toronto, and Central Berkeley is about 3,628 km out.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. Send a request with what you need in Central Berkeley, and we reply plainly, even when the answer is no. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.
