Certified Pre-Owned for Walker

If you are looking for a car to buy, the honest answer first: CarmaCars does not offer it, but a rental can help along the way. A rental of the same model for a week shows how it fits your commute, your parking and your family. We are happy to point you in the right direction, and to rent you a similar car to try.

Try it for a week first

A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it.

A buyer's checklist

Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package.

Between cars

Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives.
