Lease Takeover in Walker, SD

Before you buy in Walker

CarmaCars does not sell cars, but before you buy one in Walker, a short rental can answer questions a test drive cannot. A lease takeover or a new lease takes time to arrange; a monthly rental can cover that time. Leasing companies and dealers offer leases; CarmaCars does not, but a monthly rental needs no long commitment.

Drive it like you own it

If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel.

Checks worth doing

Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN.

Between cars

If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive. Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date.
