Trade In in Eclipse, VA

Before you buy in Eclipse

CarmaCars is a rental company. We do not sell, finance or lease cars, but we can help you try one before you do. We do not buy cars or take trade-ins. If you would rather keep your car and have it earn, our owner program rents it out for you. Between cars? Rent one by the week or the month while you decide what to do with yours.

Try it for a week first

If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is.

Before you sign

Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired.

While you shop

A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale. A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere. Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure.
