Trade In in Mapleton, WI

Trade In: what CarmaCars does

To be upfront: CarmaCars is a rental company and does not sell cars or arrange loans. Between cars? Rent one by the week or the month while you decide what to do with yours. We do not buy cars or take trade-ins. If you would rather keep your car and have it earn, our owner program rents it out for you.

Rent it before you buy it

Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it.

Questions to ask

Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town.

A car meanwhile

Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it. Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one.
