Trade In for Unity

CarmaCars is a rental company. We do not sell, finance or lease cars, but we can help you try one before you do. Selling a car can take weeks; a weekly rental means you do not have to keep it until it sells. We do not buy cars or take trade-ins. If you would rather keep your car and have it earn, our owner program rents it out for you.

Try it for a week first

Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. Try the car with the people who will ride in it most. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing.

A buyer's checklist

Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used.

Before your next car arrives

Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it.

Honest about distance

We have one location, in Toronto, and none in Unity. Our deliveries stop at about 80 km from Toronto; Unity is roughly 2,773 km away.

Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Need something in Unity? Send a request and a person replies with an honest answer. Every price here is in Canadian dollars.
