Why a rental from us

When your adjuster approves a rental, we can bill your insurance company directly, and we deliver the car to you. Your car is off the road; you are not. We bring a car to you and collect it when yours is back. Every booking has a signed agreement in your account. If the car you want is taken, we suggest the closest match we have.

Getting the car booked

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

Driver basics

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

Next step

Look through the cars, choose one, and send a request when it suits you.
