Worth knowing

Rent by the day or the week while yours is repaired, and stop when it is ready. If the claim is not approved, the car's usual rate applies, shown on its page. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online. Each car has its own page with photos of that car, not a stock image of a category.

From request to keys

To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

What we check

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
