Luup Alternative for Rideshare Drivers in Java Center, NY

Your car in Java Center

A rental car in Java Center can come to you. CarmaCars delivers, and pickup from us is free. One thing to know: A car for Uber, Lyft or delivery work, rented from CarmaCars directly. Tell us when you book. Weekly and monthly rates first: trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and one booking runs up to 365 days and renews. Luup, Uber and Lyft are named only to describe what you compared and the work; CarmaCars is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any of them. Right now 102 cars match this page.

Why this way of renting

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Rates are before 13% HST, and the offer shows the tax too. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time.

Getting the car in Java Center

Delivery to Java Center works: it is about 142 km from our location in Toronto in a straight line. Each car lists its delivery fee, and the distance is added in the offer.

Collecting it from us in Toronto is free. The handover takes a few minutes: licence, card, a walk around the car, and the keys. Flying in? We meet renters at Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport with the car.

Weekend drives

Tobermory, about 300 km by road, makes a good day out for the Bruce Peninsula and its clear water. Blue Mountain, about 160 km away, is another favourite, for skiing in winter and the village in summer. Need more distance? Choose a longer booking or ask about the kilometres in your request. If the plan includes a border crossing, ask in your request: it needs our written consent.

Booking, step by step

Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.

What we need from you

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
