From your dates to the handover

Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

What we ask of drivers

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
