CarmaCars and Arrayán

CarmaCars has a single location, in Toronto. Arrayán is outside the area we serve. Arrayán is about 3,381 km from our location, and our delivery area is about 250 km.

For Arrayán itself, look for a local rental company; for the Toronto end of the trip, we can help. Taking a car out of Ontario needs our written consent before the trip, so ask in your request. If you are unsure whether we can help with Arrayán, ask; we answer plainly. Rates on this site are in Canadian dollars, before tax.

When it makes sense

People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy. Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days.

Why CarmaCars

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. You rent the car shown, with its own photos and price. You can rent again later with the same account and details.

The steps

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.

Renting: the basics

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

Next step

Ask for the car, read the offer, approve it if it suits you.
