What is different here

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time. Each car has its own page with photos of that car, not a stock image of a category.

Requesting a car

Choose a car, set the pickup and return times, and send the request. You pay nothing to ask. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

What to have ready

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
