Rent a black 2020 Audi A4 Technik in Simplot

The 2020 Audi A4 Technik, briefly

This page covers one trim, the 2020 Audi A4 Technik, in numbers and in words. The Technik is the top trim of the 2020 Audi A4 in Canada.

The A4 and Simplot

Simplot is about 2,985 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area. If you need it in Simplot itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

If you are close to Simplot, you may also be near Weitz, Enrose and Caldwell.

In black

Our black cars, when we have them, appear first in the list. Ask for black in your request; the offer confirms the colour of the car. If black matters for an event, say so and we look for one for your dates.

Engine and fuel

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo is what moves it, with front-wheel drive. It calls for premium gas, which costs more a litre than regular. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

A combined rating of 7.9 L/100 km works out to about 24 litres per 300 km. That works out to about $13.83 per 100 km at our price setting.

Living with the A4

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. Length: 4.76 m. Check the size of a tight parking spot. For luggage, 368 litres means about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

When the A4 makes sense

It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one. It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town.

Can you rent one?

Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

Renting: the basics

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

From your dates to the handover

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.
