The A4 and Simplot

Simplot is about 2,985 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area. We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Simplot starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here.

If you are close to Simplot, you may also be near Weitz, Enrose and Caldwell.

Colour notes

The colour is part of what we confirm in the offer. Our green cars of this kind are listed first, when we have one. The studio image shows the A4 in green; photos of each real car are on its page.

Specs, explained

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo with front-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

For 300 km of mixed driving, expect about 24 litres, from its 7.9 L/100 km rating. At our price setting, it costs about $13.83 to drive 100 km.

What the A4 is like

As a compact car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. The length is 4.76 m. Check the size of a tight parking spot. Luggage space is rated at 368 litres: about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Best uses

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month.

Renting this car

Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

Renting: the basics

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

Booking made plain

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. You pay only once you approve the offer.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.
