Colour notes

Colour is confirmed in your offer, never before. Ask for yellow in your request; the offer confirms the colour of the car. We cannot promise a colour until we confirm; ask for yellow and we try.

The figures, translated

Power: the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid; drive: all-wheel drive. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

A combined rating of 8.3 L/100 km works out to about 25 litres per 300 km. The fuel for 100 km comes to about $12.87 at our price setting.

What to expect from the A4

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. Luggage space is rated at 340 litres: about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Who rents the A4

It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

Renting it

None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.

Booking with CarmaCars

Booking is by request, never instant. You send the car and the dates, and a person at CarmaCars reviews it. The offer comes from a person, not a robot, and it carries the full price. You pay when you approve, and only then.

Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Requirements

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
