Rent a green 2016 Mazda MX-5 GS-P in Java

The 2016 Mazda MX-5 GS-P, explained

Here is the 2016 Mazda MX-5 GS-P: the numbers, what they mean, and who it suits. The GS-P is trim 2 of 3 in the Canadian lineup of the 2016 Mazda MX-5.

The MX-5 and Java

We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Java starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here. Java is about 3,178 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area.

Places around Java include Klinefelter, Ibis and Arrowhead Junction.

In green

The colour is part of what we confirm in the offer. A green car can be requested, but never promised before we confirm. The studio image shows the MX-5 in green; photos of each real car are on its page.

What the specs mean

It uses the 2.0L 4-cylinder and rear-wheel drive. It calls for premium gas, which costs more a litre than regular. Rear-wheel drive gives balanced handling; in winter, the tires make the biggest difference.

The combined figure, 7.8 L/100 km, means roughly 23 litres for 300 km. Every 100 km costs about $13.65 in fuel at our price setting.

The MX-5 in everyday use

As a two-seat sports car, it puts the driving first and the luggage second.

Who the MX-5 suits

It suits a summer weekend or a special occasion more than a move. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Getting one from us

There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

Before you rent

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

Booking made plain

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

Over to you

Choose a car above and send a request. A person replies with an offer, and you pay only if you approve it.
