About the colour

If you want it in silver, say so in your request and we look for one for your dates. Our silver cars of this kind are listed first, when we have one. If silver matters for an event, say so and we look for one for your dates.

Under the hood

The electric motor does the work, through a 1-speed automatic. Being electric, it is quiet and quick from a stop, and it charges at home, at work or at public chargers. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

It uses 18.6 kWh per 100 km, so 300 km takes about 56 kWh of charge. On paper it goes 507 km between charges, less in winter. A 300 km round trip costs roughly $8.37 at our price setting.

Is it right for your trip?

Its all-wheel drive suits winter roads and trips to ski country. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.

How big it is

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. At 425 litres, the trunk fits a family's bags for a long weekend.

Renting the Model 3 from CarmaCars

Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.

Who can rent

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

How booking works

Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
