We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
The booking steps
Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.
Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.
