Getting a price
Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works. Include the colour and any options that affect the work. You approve the price before we start. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree.
Looking after it afterwards
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.
Before you drop the car off
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
Why prices differ
The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
How long it takes
A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
Honest about distance
