From request to appointment

Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time. You approve the price before we start. Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you.

When the car is ready

We keep you posted if the timing changes. A clear timeline comes with every quote. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days.

What to bring

Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.

After the work

Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.

What affects the price

We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car.
