Your request

If you have a deadline, put it in the request. Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time. You get a price for your car before anything is done. If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more.

What to bring

Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.

When the car is ready

We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. A clear timeline comes with every quote.

Keeping it that way

Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.

What affects the price

Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. We price the job before we start, never after.
