Who can rent

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.
