The numbers in plain words

Its powertrain is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid with all-wheel drive. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

At 8.3 L/100 km combined, a 300 km drive takes roughly 25 litres of fuel. Expect about $12.87 per 100 km at our price setting.

Who rents the A4

It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits commuters, couples and business trips.

How big it is

As a compact car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. The trunk holds 340 litres by the EPA's count: about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Getting this car from us

Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.

The booking steps

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

Before you rent

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.

Make a request

When the dates are set, a request gets you a real price.
