Specs, explained

It is powered by the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, with all-wheel drive. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

Its combined rating is 8.3 L/100 km, which means roughly 25 litres for 300 km. At our price setting, 1,000 km costs about $128.70.

Inside and out

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. Its 340 litres of luggage space fit about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Who rents the A4

Its all-wheel drive suits winter roads and trips to ski country. It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car.

Can you rent one?

Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.

Requirements

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.

How to book

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. The offer comes from a person, not a robot, and it carries the full price. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.
