Black SUV service: the 2020 Tesla Model Y Performance

Black SUV service and the 2020 Tesla Model Y Performance: the figures first, then how to rent it from CarmaCars. Chauffeur bookings are by the hour, two hours minimum; send a request and we reply with the vehicle we can offer and the price. Winter tires are an add-on on the SUVs that offer them.

Engine and fuel

The electric motor is what moves it, with all-wheel drive. It is fully electric: no gas at all, and you return it with the charge it had at pickup. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

It uses 17.4 kWh per 100 km, so 300 km takes about 52 kWh of charge. A full charge is rated for 507 km; plan for less in the cold. A weekend of 300 km comes to about $7.83 at our price setting.

Size and space

Being a compact SUV, it handles luggage, strollers and sports gear well.

Good uses for the Model Y

It suits winter trips and weekends with more gear than people. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

Can I rent it?

We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.

What we check

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

Your booking, in three steps

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
