Car battery replacement for the 2020 Subaru Forester Base

Car battery replacement for the 2020 Subaru Forester Base: the work is done by a shop we trust, never by CarmaCars. A slow crank on a cold morning is often the first sign of a tired battery.

About your Forester

Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. The engine is the 2.5L 4-cylinder, with all-wheel drive and an automatic (CVT).

The steps

We keep you posted until the car is booked in. You approve the shop's quote before any work. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name.

Driving while yours is at the shop

Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. Rent by the day while the shop has your car. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.

Car care, briefly

Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.

Getting a clear quote

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.

Make a request

A short request starts it: the car, the problem, and when suits you.

Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
