The 2021 Audi A4 Progressiv: Car hire

Car hire: the 2021 Audi A4 Progressiv. Here is the car in plain words, and how renting one from CarmaCars works. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.

Java and the A4

If you are close to Java, you may also be near Frankfort, Sharples and Raab Corners.

What the specs mean

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, paired with a 7-speed automatic, drives it. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

At 8.3 L/100 km combined, a 300 km drive takes roughly 25 litres of fuel. In money, 1,000 km costs about $128.70 at our price setting.

Space and size

Being a compact car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. Its 340 litre trunk is enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

A good match for

It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.

Renting the A4 from CarmaCars

Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.

The rules, briefly

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.

What to expect when you book

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.
