The 2021 Audi A4 Progressiv: Car hire

Java and the A4

If you are near Java, Frankfort, Sharples and Raab Corners are close too.

The numbers in plain words

Its powertrain is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid with all-wheel drive. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

Plan on about 25 litres per 300 km; the combined rating is 8.3 L/100 km. Every 100 km costs about $12.87 in fuel at our price setting.

Size and space

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. With 340 litres of luggage space by the EPA's measure, it takes about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Good uses for the A4

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car.

Getting one from us

We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.

The rules, briefly

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

Booking in plain terms

Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.
