Specs, explained

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid does the work, through a 7-speed automatic. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

The EPA rates it at 8.3 L/100 km combined, so a 300 km weekend uses about 25 litres. A weekend of 300 km comes to about $38.61 at our price setting.

Good uses for the A4

It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car.

The A4 in everyday use

Being a compact car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. Luggage space is rated at 340 litres: about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Our A4 cars

Want a car for specific dates? Put them in the request and we check. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.

What happens when you ask for a car

Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

Requirements

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.

Over to you

The quickest way to a price is a request with your dates. It costs nothing.
