About the colour

Our gold cars of this kind are listed first, when we have one. The studio image shows the A4 in gold; photos of each real car are on its page. Ask for gold in your request; the offer confirms the colour of the car.

Engine and fuel

Its powertrain is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid with all-wheel drive. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

Rated at 8.3 L/100 km combined, it needs around 25 litres for a 300 km round trip. In money, 1,000 km costs about $128.70 at our price setting.

Living with the A4

As a compact car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. Luggage space is rated at 340 litres: about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Who rents the A4

It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Rent this car

If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.

Getting the car booked

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

What to bring

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.
