About the colour

Want black? Put it in the request. The studio image shows the A4 in black; photos of each real car are on its page. Our black cars of this kind are listed first, when we have one.

Specs, explained

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, paired with a 7-speed automatic, drives it. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

At 8.3 L/100 km combined, a 300 km drive takes roughly 25 litres of fuel. Every 100 km costs about $12.87 in fuel at our price setting.

When the A4 makes sense

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month.

How big it is

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. EPA lists 340 litres of luggage space, enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Can I rent it?

Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.

Driver basics

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

How renting with us works

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
