The figures, translated

Power: the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid; drive: all-wheel drive. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

It is rated at 8.3 L/100 km combined; 300 km takes about 25 litres. The fuel for 100 km comes to about $12.87 at our price setting.

How big it is

Being a compact car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. Luggage space is 340 litres, enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Who the A4 suits

It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends. Its all-wheel drive suits winter roads and trips to ski country.

Our A4 cars

A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.

From your dates to the handover

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

Who can rent

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

One more step

When you have your dates, send a request. It is free, and the offer shows the full price.
