Car hire: blue 2021 Audi A4 Technik in Java

Car hire and the 2021 Audi A4 Technik

For a rental car, here is what the 2021 Audi A4 Technik brings, and how to request one. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.

Java and the A4

Around Java you will also find Frankfort, Sharples and Raab Corners.

Engine and fuel

The powertrain here is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid with all-wheel drive and a 7-speed automatic. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

It is rated at 8.3 L/100 km combined; 300 km takes about 25 litres. A 300 km weekend costs about $38.61 in energy at our price setting.

When the A4 makes sense

It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month.

Practical details

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. In plain terms, its 340 litres of luggage space hold about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Renting it

A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.

Your booking, in three steps

Choose a car, set the pickup and return times, and send the request. You pay nothing to ask. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

Before pickup

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.

Your move

Request a car, read the offer, and decide. That is the whole process.
