The A4 and Java

Neighbouring areas include Frankfort, Sharples and Raab Corners.

Under the hood

Power: the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid; drive: all-wheel drive. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

Plan on about 25 litres per 300 km; the combined rating is 8.3 L/100 km. Expect about $12.87 per 100 km at our price setting.

Room inside

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. Its 340 litre trunk is enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Is it right for your trip?

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. Its all-wheel drive suits winter roads and trips to ski country.

Can I rent it?

Tell us your dates and we check this car or the closest match. There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.

Requesting a car

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Who can rent

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.
