Car rental pickup: red 2020 Subaru Forester Base in Java

Car rental pickup: the 2020 Subaru Forester Base

If you need a car brought to you, read about the 2020 Subaru Forester Base here, then request it. We deliver to homes, condos, hotels and offices within our area. Delivery to your address is priced in your offer; pickup from us is free.

A note on Java

If you need it in Java itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. CarmaCars is based in Toronto, about 1,639 km from Java, and does not deliver there.

Selby, Lowry and Sitka are the neighbouring places on our list.

The numbers in plain words

The powertrain to know here is the 2.5L 4-cylinder, with all-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

At 8.2 L/100 km combined, a 300 km drive takes roughly 25 litres of fuel. A 300 km round trip costs roughly $38.13 at our price setting.

The Forester in everyday use

As a compact SUV, it sits higher than a sedan, which makes getting in and loading easier.

Good uses for the Forester

It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Renting this car

Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below.

What to bring

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

Booking in plain terms

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. The offer comes from a person, not a robot, and it carries the full price. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.
