The A4 and Java

If you are near Java, Frankfort, Sharples and Raab Corners are close too.

Engine and fuel

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, paired with a 7-speed automatic, drives it. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

Rated at 8.3 L/100 km combined, it needs around 25 litres for a 300 km round trip. A 300 km round trip costs roughly $38.61 at our price setting.

Who it is for

Its all-wheel drive suits winter roads and trips to ski country. It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car.

Living with the A4

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. The EPA measures its luggage space at 340 litres, roughly about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

In our fleet

Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer. There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.

Before you rent

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.

How it works

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.

Still deciding?
