A note on Java

If you need it in Java itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. CarmaCars is based in Toronto, about 1,639 km from Java, and does not deliver there.

Neighbouring areas include Selby, Lowry and Sitka.

The numbers in plain words

The 2.5L 4-cylinder does the work, through an 8-speed automatic. It runs on regular gas. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

It is rated at 7.9 L/100 km combined; 300 km takes about 24 litres. At our price setting, driving 100 km costs about $12.25, and a 300 km weekend about $36.75.

Inside and out

As a compact SUV, it sits higher than a sedan, which makes getting in and loading easier.

Who it is for

It suits winter trips and weekends with more gear than people. Families, skiers and anyone with bulky luggage.

Rent this car

Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. Meanwhile, 7 similar cars are listed below. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates.

From your dates to the handover

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. You pay only once you approve the offer.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

What to bring

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

Next step

The quickest way to a price is a request with your dates. It costs nothing.
