How to book

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Before pickup

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
