The rules, briefly

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.

From your dates to the handover

Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.
