Your request, our offer, your keys

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

Driver requirements

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
